I wanted to do some photomanipulation. I used to do them some years ago, and now I decided to do one again.

I had this concept in mind for a painting I wanted to do, but as I lack a bit of time and wanted it to look great, decided to use photos for it :)

The original idea was the angel to be wandering through a forest or garden, but couldn't find any good stock photos for the angel, so I changed the location to fit with a good photo.

Manipulation process:
:bulletblue: Cut the background from larafairie's picture and add it to the background as a new layer.
:bulletblue: Create a mask from the cut image.
:bulletblue: Apply some tone adjustment so she fits with the background, and sharpen she a bit because it was quite blurry.
:bulletblue: Add a shadow on the floor to integrate larafairie into the scene.
:bulletblue: Paint new hair (I had to remove almost all of the hair).
:bulletblue: Paint the wings (it took me a looong while but I love the result).
:bulletblue: Add some shadow on the floor for the wings too.
:bulletblue: Some minor adjustements (adding a bit of shadow in the face and chest because of the hair...).
:bulletblue: Merge all the layers and duplicate the resulting one.
:bulletblue: Make the duplicate screen-blended, gaussian blur (10) and adjust contrast (10) for the whole scene glow.
:bulletblue: Add a black frame in a new layer.
:bulletblue: Add a watermark (sorry :().
