I wanted to do something based on a pic by Waterhouse, and decided to do it for the contest hold at =DesigningDivas

Most of the foam, part of the hair, rain, and some various touches by me

[EDIT] Corrected the face tones, added lots of subtle details (specially the foam and rain splashing). Also decreased the foreground rain intensity a lot, and reduced the final size to 80%
