Everything painted in Photoshop CS5. No tracing (but grid method used to sketch the model's references). About 10-20 hours overall.

Thanks :) The splashing water is not a big deal, to be honest. Round tip, slightly random size and some scattering to paint it; use the same brush with the eraser (slightly smaller size and less hardness for the tip) to "remove" the inner of the drops.

One of them was textured to add some noise, but actually it barely makes a difference (in some cases it may even look worse) :nod:
